Facebook Sketch: Late October 2012

Once again I do random sketches for my Facebook friends. These we requested early in the month but I didn't get around to finishing them until now.

All drawing done for my Facebook sketches are drawn on request of friend I have on Facebook. I do take commission, feel free to email me.

This month I have been focusing on quick pencil sketches, maybe next month I'll do strict marker pieces.

New York Comic-Con 2012

Cosplayers are almost always the subject matter of my convention photography, I find they are the best people to take photos of. Most of them are very open to the camera and willing to bear with me while I get the perfect shot. I didn't take quite as many photographs as I did last year. Here are the highlights of what I saw at the Con.

The first sketch was a personal one that I did to practice using the watercolor marker I purchased while I Kubert School. Nightwing and Link are Facebook status sketches I did for friends. Rip Van Winkle

During my childhood, my mother kept a sculpture in our living room, which a toddler like myself was interested in but didn't give the piece the respect it deserved. So, I colored on it and possible broke off pieces. Well, now that I was taught skills and had a professional to advise me in it's repair, I took the opportunity to make up for my early childhood actions.
